About Me
I believe therapy is less about having all the answers and more about having a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and figure things out with someone beside you.
Hi! I’m Jennelle Kucharski, LPC-Associate, supervised by Summer Kaafarani, MS, LPC-S. I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and I’m proud to serve individuals in the community I’ve always called home.
One of the things I love most about being a therapist is getting to connect with people during some of the most real and vulnerable parts of life. I believe meaningful connection happens when we slow down, make space for what we’re carrying, and allow ourselves to be honest about where we are.
My approach to counseling is warm, conversational, and genuine. You don’t have to come into therapy knowing exactly what to say, what needs to change, or what your next step should be. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
I especially enjoy helping individuals better understand themselves, reconnect with what matters to them, and find a greater sense of purpose and direction. Sometimes that means working through painful experiences, difficult relationships, or patterns that keep showing up. Other times, it simply means slowing down long enough to understand who you are now and what you want your life to look like moving forward.
Even when life feels overwhelming or relationships get hard, I want therapy to be a place where you know you have someone in your corner. We can work together to make sense of what you’re carrying, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and begin finding a direction that feels meaningful to you.
Outside of sessions, I love spending time with family and friends, finding ways to be creative, and spending time with my standard poodle. I believe the things that bring us connection, creativity, and joy matter too—and I love helping people make more room for those parts of themselves in their everyday lives.
Start where you are. We’ll figure out the direction together.
